Esther started her career at CERE in 2015, at the very beginning when the company was founded. From then on, she has been working as Certification Engineer, Testing Engineer, Inspection Engineer, Project Manager and Certification Manager since 2019.
She is qualified for PV plants inspection, Certification of Power Generation Units connected to low voltage, medium voltage and high voltage, Safety, EMC, Grid Codes and Factory Inspection in accordance with ISO/IEC 17065.
Regarding her professional experience, Esther has worked as a certification engineer in many processes of more than 50 grid codes, safety and EMC standards, including the first self-consumption certification and testing process in Spain. Besides this, she has more than 1,5 GW experience as a PV plant Inspection Engineer and 2,5 GW of FAT inspections as a Quality Inspection Engineer in projects worldwide. In addition, she worked as an inspector of around 350 MW in two PV modules manufacturers in China.
Besides these activities, she collaborates with the Storage and Grid connection Committees for the standardization in AENOR (Spanish Association for Normalization and Certification), with the International IEC System for Certification to Standards Relating to Equipment for Use in Renewable Energy Application (IECRE) and with the European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization (CENELEC).
Before joining CERE, Esther worked as medium and low voltage cabinets designer at Siemens in Madrid.
